Fachkräftemangel trotz Konjunkturflaute Strategien deutscher Unternehmen

Abstract

Angesichts der derzeitigen Konjunkturflaute spüren Unternehmen in Deutschland den Fachkräftemangel etwas weniger. Der demografsche Wandel bleibt jedoch eine große Herausforderung und der Mangel an Fachkräften dürfte langfristig wieder zunehmen. Die ifo Management-Umfrage untersucht, wie Unternehmen in Deutschland mit dem anhaltenden Fachkräftemangel umgehen und welche Maß- nahmen erfolgreich im Rekrutieren und Halten von Mitarbeitenden sind. Knapp 400 Manager*innen deutscher Unternehmen wurden hierfür befragt. Bei 54 % der Firmen macht sich der Fachkräftemangel deutlich bis stark bemerkbar. 57 % konnten ihre offenen Stellen längerfristig nicht besetzen. Drei Viertel der Befragten rechnen kurzfristig mit steigenden Arbeitskosten als Folge. Der Arbeits- und Fachkräftemangel bleibt für viele Unternehmen ein Wachstumshemmnis.
