Europäischer Bau wächst 2025 nur schwach. Ausgewählte Ergebnisse der EUROCONSTRUCT-Sommerkonferenz 2025

Abstract

Nach zwei Rückgängen in Folge hält der Gegenwind für die europäische Bauwirtschaft an. Das Bauvolumen dürfte nach den Prognosen der EUROCONSTRUCT-Länderexperten im Jahr 2025 um lediglich 0,3 % zunehmen. Im Vergleich zur Veröffentlichung im Dezember 2024 wurden die Erwartungen für die kurze Frist etwas zurückgeschraubt. Dafür fiel der mittelfristige Ausblick bis 2027 günstiger aus. Im kommenden sowie im darauffolgenden Jahr dürften sich die Bauleistungen jeweils um mindestens 2 % erhöhen. Der Wohnungsbau erfährt eine zunehmende Belebung, wobei der Neubau 2027 um 5,4 % zulegen dürfte. Im Tiefbausektor nimmt die Dynamik zwar ab, aber weniger deutlich als bislang vorhergesagt. Nur im Nichtwohnhochbau wird das Wachstum – vor dem Hintergrund der unsicheren wirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen – weiter unter der 2 %-Marke verharren.
