Der schwarz-rote Koalitionsvertrag im Ökonomentest

Abstract

Die Teilnehmenden des 51. Ökonomenpanels von ifo und Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung blicken mit gespaltener Meinung auf den Koalitionsvertrag der neuen schwarz-roten Bundesregierung. Aus ökonomischer Perspektive wird der Vertrag insgesamt gemischt bewertet und nur knapp 30 % der Teilnehmenden erwarten, dass die Koalition die wirtschaftspolitischen Herausforderungen erfolgreich meistern wird. Bei der Bewertung einzelner Maßnahmen schneiden die geplante Reform des Bürgergelds, Änderungen bei der Unternehmensbesteuerung und der Personalabbau in der Bundesverwaltung positiv ab. Kritisch gesehen werden hingegen die Ausweitung der „Mütterrente“, Steuervergünstigungen für Agrardiesel und die reduzierte Umsatzsteuer in der Gastronomie.
