Abstract

Venture Capital (VC) ist eine zentrale Finanzierungsquelle für Startups, insbesondere in technologiegetriebenen Bereichen, da klassische Kreditfinanzierungen oft nicht verfügbar sind. Trotz deutlicher Fortschritte bleibt Deutschland hinter führenden Märkten wie den USA und dem Vereinigten Königreich zurück, insbesondere bei der späteren Wachstumsfinanzierung. Staatliche Initiativen wie der Zukunftsfonds und Verbesserungen der regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen sind entscheidend, um privates Kapital zu mobilisieren und die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit deutscher Startups nachhaltig zu stärken.
