Ökonominnen und Ökonomen für Einschränkung des Handels mit Autokratien

Abstract

Das 39. Ökonomenpanel von ifo und FAZ widmet sich den globalen Lieferketten und dem Handel mit Autokratien. Eine Mehrheit der teilnehmenden Ökonominnen und Ökonomen ist der Meinung, dass die deutsche Außenwirtschaftspolitik die Handelsbeziehungen mit Autokratien einschränken sollte. Ein Drittel sieht Deutschland als zu abhängig von der Weltwirtschaft. Um die Resilienz der deutschen Lieferketten zu stärken, befürworten 88% eine stärkere internationale Diversifizierung der Beschaffung. Auch Nearshoring wird mehrheitlich befürwortet. Staatliche Eingriffe in Bezug auf Lieferketten werden hingegen eher skeptisch gesehen: Es sei Aufgabe der Unternehmen, über ihre Bezugsquellen und Abnehmer zu entscheiden.
