Grüne Regierungen: Liefern sie das, was sie versprechen? Kausale Evidenz aus Baden-Württemberg

Abstract

Niklas Potrafke, ifo Institut, und Kaspar Wüthrich, University of California, San Diego, untersuchen anhand der ersten grün-geführten Landesregierung in Baden-Württemberg, wie eine grün-geführte Regierung Umweltziele und andere Zielgrößen beeinflusst. Ihre Ergebnisse zeigen nicht, dass die grün-geführte Landesregierung CO2-Emissionen reduziert oder insgesamt den Verbrauch erneuerbarer Energien erhöht hat. Vielmehr hat sie die Windenergie in Baden-Württemberg weniger stark ausgebaut als Landesregierungen anderer politischer Zusammensetzungen.
