ifo Management-Umfrage: Organisation des Krisenmanagements von Unternehmen

Abstract

Die Ergebnisse einer Umfrage unter Manager*innen deutscher Unternehmen zu ihren Krisenmanagementsystemen sowie den Weiterbildungsangeboten für Mitarbeitende zeigen, dass aktuell bei drei Viertel der Befragten ein Krisenmanagementsystem vorhanden ist. Seit Beginn der Covid-19-Pandemie ist eine Zunahme um knapp 17 Prozentpunkte zu beobachten. Der Großteil der neu eingerichteten Krisenstäbe wurde während des ersten Lockdowns im März 2020 implementiert. Bei der Mehrheit der Firmen sind die Krisenmanager*innen mit Entscheidungskompetenzen ausgestattet. Weiterbildungsangebote zum Thema sind in deutschen Unternehmen nicht sehr weit verbreitet.
