Weiter rückläufige Baunachfrage in Europa – erst 2015 spürbare Belebung erwartet: Ausgewählte Ergebnisse der Euroconstruct-Sommerkonferenz 2013

Abstract

Nach 2010 und 2012 dürften die Bauleistungen in Europa auch in diesem Jahr in allen drei Teilbereichen zurückgehen. Das ist eines der zentralen Ergebnisse der Euroconstruct-Sommerkonferenz. Die Teilnehmer erwarten, dass der Wohnungsbau ab 2014 allmählich wieder Fahrt aufnehmen wird. Der Tiefbau dürfte sich dagegen deutlich langsamer beleben. Noch schlechter sind die Aussichten für den Nichtwohnhochbau, der stark von der Investitionsbereitschaft der Privatwirtschaft abhängt. Derzeit sieht es danach aus, dass die Baunachfrage erst 2015 wieder merklich anziehen wird.
