Abstract

Die Menschheit steht in der Klimapolitik vor einer großen Herausforderung. Insbesondere ist nicht auszuschließen, dass eine adäquate Antwort auf die bisher von ihr selbst verursachte Anreicherung der Atmosphäre mit Treibhausgasen keinen Aufschub zulässt, dass aber andererseits die richtige Antwort noch keineswegs mit Sicherheit auszumachen ist. Es bestehen somit Entscheidungszwänge bei hoher Unsicherheit.
