Strong plus in car production in Germany expected

Author

Listed:
  • Reinhard Hild

Abstract

The volume of car production fell by no less than 26% from 2008/I to 2009/I. Although production picked up again in the further course of 2009, the annual result for the year was 10.3% below 2008. In 2010 the upward trend in car production in Germany will weaken, but on balance a production expansion of 8.5% is expected.
