Finnland: Phoenix aus der Asche - Konjunktur nun auf kleinerer Flamme

Nach der harten konjunkturellen Landung 2001 expandierte die finnische Wirtschaft im Jahr 2002 zunächst recht lebhaft, doch ab Jahresmitte verlor das Wirtschaftswachstum an Dynamik. Das reale Bruttoinlandsprodukt nahm insgesamt um 1,6% zu, die Arbeitslosenquote blieb mit 9,1% unverändert hoch. Dieses Jahr dürfte das BIP um knapp 2% wachsen. Auf dem Arbeitsmarkt wird sich die Situation zunächst noch weiter verschlechtern, und die Arbeitslosenquote wird im Jahresdurchschnitt auf fast 9½% steigen. Die Preiserhöhung wird mit 1¾% moderat bleiben. 2004 dürfte das BIP um 3% expandieren, die Arbeitslosenquote wird auf 9¼% sinken und der Preisauftrieb mit 1¾% mäßig sein.
