Abstract

The 32nd Ifo Business Survey of EDP Service Providers from January and February 2003 showed uncertainty in the former boom industry. After the high-flying of recent years, turnover fell by around 4.6% for the first time. The business climate sank to the lowest level since beginning of the survey. Positive growth is not expected until 2004
