Italien: Von der «Concertazione» zurück zur «Conflittualità»

Abstract

Die italienische Wirtschaft hat nach kräftiger Expansion im ersten Quartal während des Sommerhalbjahres stagniert. Das reale Bruttoinlandsprodukt erhöhte sich 2001 um 1,8%. Die Arbeitslosenquote ging im Jahresdurchschnitt auf 9,5% zurück. Die Verbraucherpreise lagen um 2,3% über dem Niveau des Jahres 2000. 2002 dürfte sich das reale Bruttoinlandsprodukt nur um etwa 1% erhöhen. Die Arbeitslosenquote dürfte im Jahresdurchschnitt knapp 9½% betragen, die Konsumentenpreise um fast 2¼% steigen. 2003 wird das BIP um etwa 2½% zunehmen. Die Arbeitslosenquote wird auf etwa 9% sinken und die Teuerungsrate etwa 2% erreichen.
