Wohnungsfertigstellungen sinken auf 300 000 Einheiten

Bis zum Jahr 2002 werden in Deutschland voraussichtlich nur noch etwa 300 000 Wohnungen fertiggestellt. Damit wird die häufig genannte Zielgröße von 400 000 WE weit unterschritten. Im europäischen Vergleich erreicht Deutschland bei der Wohnungsbauintensität damit nur noch unterdurchschnittliche Werte.
