The legal and political results from the country comparison of telecommunications regulation models

Abstract

The evaluation of institutional aspects looked at the successes that the investigated countries had with regard to creating functional competitiveness at the lowest regulations costs. For Germany, legal and political conclusions are derived, most of which can be implemented within the existing legal framework but some of which require legislative changes.
