Westeuropäische Bauwirtschaft : moderater Aufschwung bis 2000 ; ausgewählte Ergebnisse der EUROCONSTRUCT-Konferenz am 11./12. Dezember 1998 in Berlin

Abstract

Nach den aktualisierten und um ein Jahr bis 2000 fortgeschriebenen Prognosen der an der EUROCONSTRUCT-Studiengemeinschaft beteiligten Institute wird das aggregierte Bauvolumen in den 15 einbezogenen westeuropäischen Ländern (EU ohne Griechenland und Luxemburg plus Norwegen und Schweiz) 1999 zwar deutlich stärker steigen (+2,4%) als im abgelaufenen Jahr (+1,6%), für 2000 ist aber schon wieder mit einer leichten Verlangsamung (+2,1%) zu rechnen. Mit rund 777 Mrd. Ecu erreicht das Bauvolumen dann aber einen neuen Spitzenwert. Höhere Zuwachsraten werden nur für die Bestandsmaßnahmen an Hochbauten erwartet.
