Westdeutsche Bauwirtschaft : 1999 wieder höhere Investitionsbudgets

Abstract

Der Artikel thematisiert den Zustand der westdeutschen Bauwirtschaft im Jahre 1998 primär an der Investitionsentwicklung und sekundär anhand der üblichen wirtschaftstheoretischen Eckdaten. Die Auswertung der Antworten der rund 300 befragten Unternehmen gibt mit rund 3,8 Mrd. DM einen Rückgang der Investitionsquote um etwa 7,5% im Vergleich zum Vorjahr 1997 an. Dabei konzentrieren sich die Bauunternehmen ausschließlich auf Rationalisierungs- und Ersatzbeschaffungsmaßnahmen. Für das Jahr 1999 deuten alle Anzeichen auf einen Anstieg der Bautätigkeit hin. Die Pläne für dieses Jahr ergeben einen voraussichtlichen Anstieg um gut 5% (real: 4%). Im Vordergrung stehen Rationalisierungs- respektive Erneuerungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen, wobei immerhin 5% der teilnehmenden Unternehmen Erweiterungsinvestitionen planen.
