Hohe Wettbewerbsintensität in der Warendistribution der Europäischen Union

Abstract

Der vorliegende Aufsatz enthält die wichtigsten Ergebnisse eines Gutachtens über die Strukturveränderungen im Handel der Europäischen Union. Aufbauend auf den Grünbüchern der EU-Kommission zum Handel und zur EG-Wettbewerbspolitik gegenüber vertikalen Wettbewerbsbeschränkungen sowie auf der Grundlage der Daten von Eurostat über die Struktur des Groß- und Einzelhandels in den Mitgliedsländern werden handels- und wettbewerbspolitische Entwicklungen in der Warendistribution der Europäischen Union dargestellt und auf wesentliche Ursachen hin untersucht.
