Auswirkungen des Bayerischen Mittelstandskreditprogramms

Abstract

Der Bericht beschäftigt sich mit den Auswirkungen des Bayerischen Mittelstandskreditprogramms. Die Umfrage des ifo Instituts zu diesem Thema hat gezeigt, daß die Förderprogramme der LfA rege nachgefragt wurden. Bei der Förderung von Existenzgründungen erfreuen sich die ERP-Programme, in Kombination mit der Eigenkapitalhilfe, besonderer Beliebtheit. Neben einer deutlich raschererm Wachstum der geförderten Unternehmen, konnte auch eine deutlich höhere Innovationsaktivität bei diesen Betrieben festgestellt werden. Bei den Erwartungen bezüglich ihrer Umsatz-, Investitions- und Innovationsentwicklung waren die geförderten Unternehmen meist zuversichtlicher. Trotz der positiven Bilanz sehen geförderte und nicht-geförderte Unternehmen Verbesserungsbedarf bei den Förderprogrammen. Gerade Unternehmen, die seit mehr als zehn Jahren bestehen, wünschen sich einen verbesserten Zugang zum Mittelstandsprogramm. Neben den Schwierigkeiten im Bereich des Eigenmittelanteils und der Kreditsicherung, wurden auch Probleme im Antragsverfahren und in der Informationspolitik genannt, die vor der Inanspruchnahme der Darlehen bewältigt werden mußten.
