Ostdeutsche Bauunternehmen : Investitionsausgaben sinken 1997 nur noch mit einstelliger Rate

Abstract

Die Rezession im ostdeutschen Baugewerbe hält 1997 an, mit einem voraussichtlich gegenüber dem Vorjahr noch verstärktem Rückgang der Bauproduktion. Zwar sind die Investitionen im Jahr 1996 nicht so stark gesunken, wie noch zur Jahresmitte von den Teilnehmerfirmen befürchtet, doch wurden für 1997 im Aggregat des gesamten Baugewerbes nochmals reduzierte Budgets eingeplant. Aus dem Datenmaterial wird für das laufende Jahr ein Rückgang von 2,4 Mrd. DM auf 2,25 Mrd. DM prognostiziert. Dieses Niveau liegt damit nur noch gut halb so hoch wie die maximale Investitionssumme von 4,2 Mrd. DM im Jahr 1993. Die Investitionen nach dem Nutzkonzept, inklusive der Zugänge angemieteter Investitionsgüter dürften sich von knapp 2,9 auf etwa 2,75 Mrrd. DM reduzieren. Ansätze für eine Stabilisierung der Investitionen sind im Bauhauptgewerbe nur in Einzelfällen, im Baunebengewerbe aber bereits verbreitet zu erkennen.
