Leasing in Deutschland : weiterhin eine gefragte Dienstleistung

Abstract

Die jüngste Erhebung des ifo Instituts auf dem Sektor Anlagenvermietung ergab, daß die Leasinginvestitionen 1995 um 3,4% gewachsen sind. Die Anschaffungswerte der zum 3. Dezember 1995 insgesamt noch vermieteten Wirtschaftsgüter addierten sich auf rund 238 Mrd. DM, verteilt auf über 3,1 Mill. Verträge. 1996 dürften die Leasinggesellschaften ihre Investitionen um fast 6% auf 61,4 Mrd. DM gesteigert haben. Die Leasingquote wäre damit von 11,5 auf 12,3% gestiegen. Erstmals seit 1987 konnten die herstellerunabhängigen Leasinggesellschaften das Neugeschäft wieder stärker steigern als die Unternehmen aus dem Bereich Herstellervermietung und -Leasing (+ 3,4%). Nach dem deutlich überdurchschnittlichen Wachstum im vergangenen Jahr dürften sich die Leasinginvestitionen 1997 wieder etwa parallel zu den gesamtwirtschaftlichen Anlageinvestitionen (ohne Wohnungsbau) bewegen.
