Zukunftsmärkte für Dienstleistungen - das Feld Handel, Distribution, Konsum und Freizeit

Abstract

Zur Stärkung der Zukunftsfähigkeit des Wirtschaftsstandorts Deutschland hat der Bundesminister für Bildung, Wissenschaft, Forschung und Technologie (BMBF) ein Projekt "Dienstleistung 2000plus" initiiert. Zwölf Arbeitskreise, denen Persönlichkeiten aus Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und Verbänden angehören, sollen Handlungsempfehlungen für Unternehmen, Organisationen des Dienstleistungssektors und für politische Entscheidungsträger erarbeiten. Der vom ifo Institut geleitete Arbeitskreis befaßt sich mit der Verbesserung der Dienstleistungsqualität durch eine stärkere Orientierung des Angebots an den Kundenwünschen und -bedürfnissen. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit wird den Einsatzmöglichkeiten neuer Medien geschenkt. Die Ergebnisse aller Arbeitskreise werden am 27. und 28. November 1996 auf einer Tagung in Bonn zur Diskussion gestellt.
