Industrie (West) : Kapazitätsauslastung stark gesunken

Abstract

Die Betriebe des westdeutschen verarbeitenden Gewerbes (ohne Nahrungs- und Genußmittel) nutzten ihre Anlagen im März durchschnittlich zu 81,9 %. Damit war der Auslastungsgrad (saison- und witterungsbereinigt) erheblich niedriger als bei der vorherigen Befragung (84,0 %). Obwohl die Orderreserven mit 2,7 Produktionsmonaten weiter reichten als im Dezember (2,5 Monate), hat sich die Beurteilung der Auftragslage weiter verschlechtert. Für das nächste Quartal planten die Unternehmen noch häufiger als bisher Produktionseinschränkungen. Noch etwas mehr Firmen als im Dezember bezeichneten ihre Anlagen als überdimensioniert im Hinblick auf die in den kommenden 12 Monaten erwartete Nachfrage.
