Mittelfristige Perspektiven für die Bautätigkeit in Westeuropa : anhaltend nur moderates Wachstum

Abstract

Die in der EUROCONSTRUCT-Studiengemeinschaft zusammengeschlossenen Institute haben soeben unter dem Titel "European Construction to 2000" eine umfangreiche Prognose für 14 westeuropäische Länder abgeschlossen. Für den Zeitraum 1994 bis 2000 wird ein Anstieg der Bauproduktion um real über 80 Mrd. ECU - davon trotz der Abschwächung 1995/96 etwa 25 Mrd. ECU in Deutschland - bzw. um fast 12 % erwartet. Relativ am stärksten expandieren der Tiefbau und der Wirtschaftsbau, der Bereich Altbauerneuerung (Renovierung und Modernisierung) kann aber seine dominierende Position sogar noch ausbauen.
