Leasing in Deutschland : Immobilien weiter expansiv ; Massengeschäft rückläufig

Abstract

Im Rezessionsjahr 1993 erzielte die Leasingbranche im Neugeschäft ein hauchdünnes Plus von 0,6% (Immobilienleasing: + 37%, Mobilienleasing: - 5%). 1994 expandierte das Immobilienleasing zwar abermals, konnte jedoch mit einem Zuwachs von 5% das erneute Minus im Massengeschäft (- 3,6%) nicht kompensieren, so daß die gesamten Leasinginvestitionen um 2% schrumpften. Von den rund 55,7 Mrd. DM, die die Leasinggesellschaften 1994 im Auftrag ihrer Kunden investierten, entfielen knapp 7,6 Mrd. DM auf die neuen Bundesländer (+ 1,5%) und rund 48,1 Mrd. DM auf Westdeutschland (- 2,5%). Für 1995 prognostiziert das ifo Institut eine Zunahme der gesamtwirtschaftlichen Anlageinvestitionen ohne den Wohnungsbau in der Bundesrepublik von nominal 8% und für die Ausrüstungsinvestitionen sogar einen Zuwachs von nominal rund 10%. Dabei wird das Expansionstempo in Ostdeutschland erneut höher sein als im Westen.
