Industrie : Kapazitätsauslastung und Auftragsreserven gestiegen

Abstract

Nach den Ergebnissen des ifo Konjunkturtests nutzten die Betriebe des verarbeitenden Gewerbes Westdeutschlands im Juni 1994 ihre Anlagen durchschnittlich zu 82,3 %. Dieser Wert lag deutlich über dem im März erreichten Niveau von 80,3 %. Insgesamt sind zuletzt mehr Aufträge eingeangen, was zu einem Anstieg der Reichweite der Auftragsbetände auf 2,6 Monate führte. Der Entwicklung der Exportchancen in den kommenden Monaten ebenso wie der des Geschäftsverlaufs sehen die Betriebe mit wachsender Zuversicht entgegen. Entsprechend planen sie eine weitere Ausweitung der Produktion. Die Einschätzung des derzeitigen Anlagenbestandes spricht ebenfalls für das Vertrauen der Unternehmer in weitere konjunkturelle Fortschritte. Der Ansstieg des Auslastungsgrades dürfte auch im dritten Quartal anhalten. Die im Gesamtdurchschnitt festgestellte Zunahme der Anlagennutzung im zweiten Vierteljahr war vor allem auf die Entwicklung bei den Vorprodukten und den Investitionsgütern zurückzuführen, bei den Gebrauchsgütern fiel sie relativ gering aus, und die Hersteller von Verbrauchsgütern meldeten einen leichten Rückgang der Auslastung
