Agrarkredite in den europäischen Partnerstaaten : eine Bestandsaufnahme vor dem Hintergrund des Europäischen Binnenmarktes

Abstract

Der Bericht behandelt die Agrarkreditpolitik und Agrarkreditpraxis in der Europäischen Union. Ziel der Studie war es, die Träger, das Volumen und die besonderen Bedingungen sowie die unterschiedlichen Wettbewerbsvoraussetzungen für das Agrarkreditgeschäft in den elf europäischen Partnerländern Deutschlands zu analysieren. Dabei wurden die Agrarkreditsysteme in den Ländern der Europäischen Union verglichen. Insgesamt wurden vielfältige Agrarkreditsysteme festgestellt, die durch nationale Entwicklungen und Besonderheiten sowie Traditionen geprägt sind. Durch die Einrichtung des Europäischen Binnenmarktes werden die Banken durch Liberalisierung und mehr Wettbewerb zu Harmonisierung gezwungen werden. Dadurch wird mit einer größeren Produktvielfalt der Kreditinstitute gerechnet. Zudem wird eine Ausweitung der jeweiligen Bankvertretungen in andere Länder erwartet.
