Weltkonjunktur : deutliche Anzeichen für Erhohlung ; Ergebnisse des ifo Konjunkturtest international

Abstract

Im Januar 1994 wurde der "ifo Konfunkturtest International" durchgeführt. 500 Wirtschaftsexperten wurden befragt. Allgemein wurde ein Aufwärtstrend seit dem dritten Quartal 1993 festgestellt. Besonders in Westeuropa und den USA werden weitere Verbesserungen erwartet. Für Osteuropa, Asien und Lateinammerika wurde eine Erholung prognostiziert. Insgesamt wird eine Ausdehnung des Welthandels erwartet. Die Chancen für einen Ausgleich der Handelsbilanzen werden gering eingeschätzt, da sich die Salden in den kommenden 6 Monaten nur unwesentlich ändern werden. Weltweit wird mit einem Rückgang der Inflationsrate gerechnet, wobei in manchen Ländern noch immer Hyperinflationen vorherrschen werden. Die Zinserwartung bleibt uneinheitlich. In Westeuropa und Japan wird die Geldpolitik expansiv, in den USA restriktiv sein. Als größtes Problem wird allgemein die Arbeitslosigkeit angesehen. Der Verlauf der wirtschaftlichen Lage, das Außenhandelsvolumen und die kurzfristigen Zinsen werden für ausgewählte Regionen durch Graphiken verdeutlicht.
