Baukonjunktur in Westeuropa : auch 1994 keine Impulse vom Bau

Abstract

Die EUROCONSTRUCT-Studiengemeinschaft kam zu dem Ergebnis, daß sich der Rückgang der Bauproduktion 1993 im Durchschnitt der betrachteten Länder beschleunigen wird. Besonders stark werden die gewerblichen und die öffentlichen Bauinvestitionen eingeschränkt. Lediglich für den Wohnungsbau und die Altbausanierung wird noch ein geringer Anstieg prognostiziert. 1994 könnten die Belebung des Wohnungsneubaus und die leichte Zunahme der Bestandssanierung gerade ausreichen, um den weiteren Rückgang des Wirtschafts- und des öffentlichen Baus zu kompensieren.
