Leasing in Deutschland : eine Insel der Seligen?

Abstract

Während in den meisten Industrieländern das Leasing seit über einem Jahr in ein schwieriges Fahrwasser geraten ist, expandierten in der Bundesrepublik die Leasinginvestitionen 1991 noch um 27% auf 52,2 Mrd. DM (davon rund 5,7 Mrd. DM in den neuen Bundesländern). Im laufenden Jahr zeichnet sich insgesamt eine weitere Erhöhung auf fast 57,7 Mrd. DM ab. Obwohl davon 8,3 Mrd. DM auf Ostdeutschland entfallen, entwickeln sich auch in den alten Bundesländern die Leasinginvestitionen mit einem Plus von über 6% wesentlich günstiger als die gesamtwirtschaftlichen Anlageinvestitionen.
