Gaswirtschaft : Kundenzahl, Absatz und Investitionen nehmen zu

Abstract

1991 erhöhte sich der Gasverbrauch aus dem Netz der öffentlichen Gasversorgung in den alten Bundesländern um fast 7%. Der Anstieg war vor allem klimatisch und konjunkturell bedingt; aber auch der Zugang von rund 450000 neuen Haushaltskunden trug dazu bei. Zur Jahrhundertwende wird für Gesamtdeutschland ein Gasbedarf erwartet, der um mehr als ein Viertel höher ist als 1991, und bis 2010 soll der Bedarf sogar um zwei Fünftel wachsen. Entsprechend kräftig wird investiert: Zwischen 1989 und 1991 erhöhte die westdeutsche Gaswirtschaft ihre Investitionsausgaben um mehr als ein Viertel auf 4,3 Mrd. DM. Die Pläne für 1992 deuten auf einen Anstieg auf 6,3 Mrd. DM hin. In den neuen Bundesländern dürften die Anlageinvestitionen der Gaswirtschaft in diesem Jahr rund 2,6 Mrd. DM erreichen.
