Ostdeutsche Erzeugnisse : Einstellungen und Kaufverhalten der Verbraucher in den neuen Bundesländern

In den letzten Monaten wurden zahlreiche Untersuchungen veröffentlicht, die eine positive Einstellung der ostdeutsschen Verbraucher zu "heimischen Erzeugnissen" signalisierten. Erhebungen im Handel der neuen Bundesländer zeigen andererseits, daß der Absatz von "Ostprodukten" zwar zugenommen hat, aber insgesamt hinter den Erwartungen zurückbleibt, die durch die Konsumentenbefragungen geweckt worden sind. In dem Beitrag werden die Gründe für die Diskrepanz näher untersucht.
