Investitionsrekord im Einzelhandel

Abstract

600 Unternehmen beteiligten sich am im April / März durchgeführten Investitionstest für den Einzelhandel. Beträchtliche Einkäufe ostdeutscher Bürger gaben dem westdeutschen Einzelhandel 1991 deutliche Impulse: Dessen Umsätze stiegen um nominal 8,6%; dabei verblieb nach Abzug des Anstiegs der Verkaufspreise ein reales Plus von 5,6%. Für das laufende Jahr wird der westdeutsche Einzelhandel aufgrund veränderter Rahmenbedingungen ein deutlich geringeres Umsatzwachstum als 1991 erzielen. Es ist nur noch mit einem Zuwachs von nominal 3 und real 0,5% zu rechnen.
