Westdeutsche Industrie : Investitionen verharren 1992 auf hohem Niveau

Abstract

Aufgrund des schlechten Exportgeschäftes und der nachlassenden Dynamik der Inlandsnachfrage hat sich die Konjunktur in der westdeutschen Wirtschaft spürbar abgekühlt. Die Investitionstätigkeit der Industrie wird im laufenden Jahr dennoch noch lebhaft sein, da hohe Auftragsbestände aufgrund hoher Kapitalauslastung erst allmählich abgebaut werden können. Mit rund 102 Mrd. DM wird in der westdeutschen Industrie 1991 knapp 10% mehr in Sachanlagen investiert als 1990. Daraus errechnet sich eine Zuwachsrate von fast 6%. 1992 werden nach den Plänen der Industrieunternehmen die Investitionsausgaben nur um 3% zunehmen; d.h. sie werden leicht unter dem Vorjahresniveau liegen. Während 1991 die Kapazitätserweiterung noch als Investitionsmotiv dominiert, verlagert sich 1992 das Schwergewicht auf die Ersatzbeschaffung.
