Abstract

In der Diskussion zu einem Vortrag von Waigel auf der 42. Jahresversammlung des ifo Instituts ging es vorwiegend um folgende Themen, auf die Theo Waigel knapp einging: Subventionsabbau in der Landwirtschaft; kann die Bundesbank den Dollarkurs in einer Größenordnung von 1,79 DM halten? (Otto von Feury); Arbeitslosigkeit in den neuen Bundesländern (Hans-Gert Braun); Differenzierung der Mehrwertsteuer in Ost und West (Werner Jentsch); Fond "Deutsche Einheit" (Willi Leibfritz).
