Bauwirtschaft : nach wie vor hohe Investitionsneigung

Abstract

Die günstigen konjunkturellen Voraussetzungen veranlaßten die westdeutschen Bauunternehmen 1990 zu einer kräftigen Ausweitung ihrer Investitionen. Nach den Ergebnissen des ifo-Investitionstests haben sie 1990 in den alten Bundesländern 6 Mrd. DM in Bauten und Ausrüstungen investiert, d.h. um gut 30% mehr als im Jahr zuvor; real ergab sich ein Plus von 28%. Nach gut 5% im vergangenen Jahr dürfte die Bauproduktion 1991 real um etwa 3% zunehmen, wobei der Wohnungsbau und Wirtschaftsbau erneut ihr Produkionsvolumen ausweiten; im öffentlichen Bau ist dagegen ein Rückgang zu erwarten. Für 1991 haben die westdeutschen Bauunternehmen eine Ausweitung ihrer Investitionsbudgets um etwa 20% (real ca: 16%) geplant.
