Abstract

Die Textilindustrie in den neuen Bundesländern war in der Vergangenheit von großen Serien und wenig Artikel-/Sortimentswechsel geprägt sowie auf ein nicht-marktgerechtes System der Bewertung der wirtschaftlichen Tätigkeit der Betriebe orientiert. Dies spiegelt sich in allen Elementen des Produktionsprozesses wider. Aus technologischer Sicht beginnen diese bei der Rohstoffauswahl, umfassen die Technik, die nur punktuell hohen Leistungs- und Qualitätsanforderungen entsprach, bis hin zur Motivierung und Qualifikation der Mitarbeiter.
