Abstract

Bei den Covid-19 Impfstoffen ist die Beschaffungsstrategie der EU krachend gescheitert. Ein wichtiger Lieferant, AstraZeneca, hat gerade große Verzögerungen in seinem Lieferplan angekündigt, während die Pandemie unvermindert anhält. Wie ist es dazu gekommen?
