Aktualisierung der Einnahmeprojektion für den Freistaat Sachsen – Höhere Steuereinnahmen entlasten nur kurzfristig

Abstract

Die konjunkturell bedingten Steuermehreinnahmen der öffentlichen Haushalte machen sich auch für den Freistaat Sachsen bemerkbar. Die aktuelle Steuerschätzung deutet darauf hin, dass im sächsischen Landeshaushalt auch im Jahr 2012 deutlich höhere Einnahmen zu verzeichnen waren als noch zu Jahresbeginn angenommen. Die aktuell positive Einnahmeentwicklung wird jedoch nichts an der langfristigen Perspektive rückläufiger Einnahmen ändern. Die Auswirkungen der demographischen Einflüsse auf der Einnahmeseite werden in den kommenden Jahren ebenso spürbar sein wie die Degression der Sonderbedarfs-Bundesergänzungszuweisungen.
