L'engagement dans des collectifs de production de connaissance en ligne. Le cas GeoRezo

Abstract

From a case study, GeoRezo, we discuss the commitment of those taking part to a community of practice and to plans, which aim to create knowledge or specific goods like software. This ?career? is analyzed from two points of view: the factors facilitating role taking; the motivations for such an involvement.
