Des recettes marchandes pour un service public, une stratégie paradoxale ?. Une recherche intervention au sein d’un Crous

Abstract

This article explores how an hybrid organization can manage a service paradox related to its dual logic of public service and client service. The service recipient is central in this issue: user according to its social mission, client referring to its commercial logic. An action research highlights that his role is crucial in this contradiction resolution: he can be an external reference for internal actors or an external actor who overcomes the paradox by his consumption choice.
