Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to understand the production and appropriation process of a strategy in the pluralistic context of an artistic organization. The objective is to understand the discursive construction of strategy, how it takes place in the organization and is appropriated by its members. This study will also try to explain how the processes of ?writing? and ?reading? strategy contribute to shape strategies that can ?work? in pluralistic contexts.
