L’aménagement à la rencontre des proximités territoriales. Application à la planification spatiale et à la coopération intercommunale en France

Spatial planning and territorial co-operation of intercommunal type constitute a set of key practices of today's territorial action, made of relations of various actors and constrained, more or less, to work together on a given geographical perimeter and medium-term strategic development objectives. The reading grid offered by the work of the "proximity school" is interesting to analyze the coordination and governance behaviors between territorial actors. They are at the same time instigators of the development and planning schemes with strategic scope and regulation, and carrying out approaches for inter-municipal co-operation. At a time when the territorial reform is changing these cooperation, we can point to forms of geographical and organized proximity, even territorial, diversified according to territories.
