Medzikultúrne vzťahy a ich limity

Abstract

Štúdia sa zaoberá problémom teoretickej analýzy medzikultúrnych vzťahov z hľadiska funkcionalistickej paradigmy. Východiskom skúmania je akceptácia tézy, že medzikultúrne vzťahy musíme chápať ako otvorené procesy, do ktorých štáty, alebo medzinárodné organizácie, či iní aktéri síce politicky intervenujú, ale jednotlivé systémy kultúrnych vzťahov tieto intervencie koniec koncov vždy modifikujú podľa vlastných autochtónnych princípov. Tieto princípy sa v štúdiu chápu ako limity medzikultúrnych vzťahov. Argumentom potvrdzujúcim platnosť tvrdenia, že medzikultúrne vzťahy sú limitované autochtónnymi princípmi, je po prvé fakt historickej diverzity kultúr, po druhé nerovnomernosť vývoja civilizácií a po tretie atributívna zakotvenosť kultúr v diferencovanom procese etnogenézy národov. Štúdia prezentuje pokus o komplexnú typológiu interkultúrnych vzťahov a vymedzuje kritériá, podľa ktorých autorka generovala systémové siete typológie. Osobitná pozornosť sa venuje charakteristike bipolarity a multipolarity medzikultúrnych vzťahov.
