Vybraté prístupy k hodnoteniu rovnosti mužov a žien

Abstract

Z hľadiska ľudského rozvoja sa rovnosť mužov a žien hodnotí prostredníctvom dvoch ukazovateľov. Rodovo rozlíšený ukazovateľ ľudského rozvoja koriguje dosiahnuté výsledky v oblasti ľudského rozvoja vo vzťahu k sociologickým nerovnostiam medzi pohlaviami. Ukazovateľ účasti žien sa sústreďuje na nerovnosti medzi pohlaviami vo vzťahu k parlamentnému zastúpeniu a možnosti rozhodovať v niektorých kľúčových oblastiach ekonomickej a politickej sféry. V podmienkach EÚ sa na riešenie sociálnych nerovností využíva metóda gender mainstreamingu. Spočíva v uplatňovaní perspektívy rovnakých príležitostí pri rozhodovacích procesoch vo všetkých oblastiach politiky a organizácie práce.
