Abstract

In his paper, the author deals with particular issues of migration and the subsequent problems associated with it. In recent years, the influx of migrants from third countries has grown to such an extent that many countries cannot cope with this problem. The situation has become so intense that the European Union has already taken steps to address it by the means of elimination. On practical examples, the author points out the mistakes made by national courts in solving individual cases.
