Diplomacia A Diplomatická Služba Ukrajiny

Abstract

V tomto článku sa autor snaží sústrediť pozornosť na historické formovanie diplomacie Ukrajiny. V súvislosti s touto snahou sa rozoberajú jednotlivé historické obdobia a udalosti, ktoré by mohli ovplyvniť vývoj a stanovenie princípov a vlastnosti ukrajinskej diplomacie. Pozornosť si vyžadujú také obdobia ukrajinskej histórie, ako napríklad vládnutie Kyjevskej Rusi, vojensky útvar kozáckeho štátu alebo dokonca aj krátkodobá nezávislosť Ukrajinskej národnej republiky. Osobitná pozornosť sa venuje systému orgánov diplomatickej služby Ukrajiny, a to najmä rezortu diplomacie.
