Protirečivosť humanitárnych intervencií v teórii a praxi

Abstract

Problematika humanitárnych intervencií chápaných v užšom význame ako nasadenie silových prostriedkov za účelom dosiahnutia humánneho cieľa je kontroverzným prvkom tak v reálnej ako i v teoretickej rovine. Teória medzinárodných vzťahov venuje pozornosť otázkam práv komunity a jednotlivcov, rovnako ako i motivácii správania sa štátov vo vzájomnej interakcii. Uskutočnené humanitárne intervencie podávajú zmiešaný odkaz poukazujúci na nedostatky efektivity použitia násilia v medzinárodných vzťahoch pri realizácii morálnych zámerov.
