Výrazné Autority V Dejinách Filozofického A Právneho Myslenia

Abstract

Cieľom príspevku je analýza riešenia problémov morálneho myslenia v rámci filozofického a právneho prístupu prostredníctvom niektorých autorít v rámci tohto kontextu. Pozornosť je venovaná významným autoritám v dejinách právneho myslenia. Ide o renomované autority, ktoré majú čo povedať aj v súčasnosti, v čase našej morálnej krízy. Medzi uvedené autority v rámci historického pohľadu patria: Sokrates, Cicero, Grotius, Voltaire, Kant a v 20. storočí určite Dworkin a Fuller.
