Interkultúrna Kompetencia Ako Predpoklad Naplnenia Komunikačného Zámeru A Predchádzania Interkultúrneho Konfliktu

Abstract

Aktuálne sa čoraz viac skloňujú pojmy ako interkultúrna kompetencia, interkultúrna komunikácia, prípadne interkultúrny konflikt. Interakcie s príslušníkmi iných kultúr predstavujú neodmysliteľnú súčasť života každého z nás. Intenciou tohto príspevku je priblížiť čitateľovi základné princípy a komponenty interkultúrnej kompetencie, príčiny existencie interkultúrnych konfliktov ako aj spôsoby, ako im predísť. V tomto kontexte sa venuje zvláštna pozornosť verbálnym a neverbálnym aspektom komunikácie, ktoré v podstatnej miere ovplyvňujú priebeh a úspech (eventuálne neúspech) interkultúrnej komunikačnej situácie. Okrem toho sa zameriame aj na význam výcviku interkultúrnych kompetencií v globalizovanej spoločnosti.
